Shipping & Returns:

Q: When will I receive my order?
A:  For any order with entrees, see our shipping calendar. For our shelf stable items, please expect 3-7 business days. For shelf stable items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please expect 3 weeks.

Q: What if my order is late?
A:  We strive to have your order arrive on time but understand there may be delays with the shipping carrier. Please reach out to info@sukhis.com and our Customer Service Team will be happy to look into this for you.

Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We ship shelf stable and perishable items anywhere in the United States. However, we are limited to shipping perishable items to Alaska and Hawaii. We are currently unable to ship to international addresses and to PO boxes

Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?
A:  You get free shipping for orders over $50.

Q: How do you deliver your products?
A:  We deliver our refrigerated products in an insulated cooler with ice packs. If your product arrives cool to the touch, your product is safe to consume. We advise you to place your entrees and/or sides in the refrigerator immediately.
A: Our sauces are shelf stable and are packed in shipping boxes. Upon receiving, you can store them in a cool, dry place

Q: How can I track my delivery?
A:  Tracking information is available on the confirmation email once the order is placed. You may also contact Customer Service for support at info@sukhis.com for an update. 

Q: What is your return policy?
A:  If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with the following information:
- Order number
- Damage product item description
- Condition of damaged products arrival and photos
- Date and time package were received

Q: Where can I find the expiration date?
A:  For entrees and sides, the expiration date is ink jetted on the side panel. For sauces, the expiration date is found on the back label, next to our website.

Q: How long can products be refrigerated after opening?
A:  After opening refrigerated entrees, serve within three days.

Q: Where is the product manufactured?
A:  We proudly produce and pack in the USA.

Q: Where can I find serving suggestions?
A:  Please see serving suggestions on the back of each package.

Q: What does all-natural mean?
A:  All-Natural means that our products contain No Artificial Ingredients and are Minimally Processed. Minimally processed means we use traditional techniques when making our products like you would at home.

Q: What does No Antibiotics mean?
A:  Most animalare raised using antibiotics, i.e. medications used to prevent and control illnesses. Chickenthat are raised without the use of antibiotics means that natural alternatives to antibiotic treatments are used to control illness. In order to have this statement on a label, we need to provide to the USDA proof that our chicken was raised without the use of antibiotics. Products that contain “no antibiotics” will be labeled as such or as “organic”. All organic meat is raised without the use of antibiotics, but not all non-antibiotic meat is organic.

Q: What does Halal mean? Is your product Halal?
A:  Halal represents a special way to slaughter the animal, the name coming from Arabic meaning “according to religious Law.”
A:  Yes, most of our items are certified Halal with exception of Chicken and Mango Meatball Curry, which is in the process of being certified.

    Q: Do you have any vegan or vegetarian options?
    A:  Yes, both our Lemon Rice and Roasted Tomato Curry are vegan and vegetarian. We also have ready-to-cook with curry sauces available that are vegan and vegetarian.

    Q: Are your animals treated humanely?
    A:  We carefully source our meat from U.S. farms that share our commitment to food safety, sustainability, and humane treatment allowing the animals to enjoy normal behavior.

    Q: Where do you source your meat?
    A:  All our chicken is from USDA inspected facilities in the USA. We do not import any meats from overseas.

    Q: Do you have Nuts or Eggs in your product/plants?
    A:  Yes, certain products do contain nuts or eggs. Please refer to each individual item to see allergens.
